Robert D. Willis, B.Sc., P.Eng

Chairman & CEO, Director

Bob graduated in 1973 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. He has worked in the mineral resources industry for more than 30 years.

As a founder of Geologix, Mr. Willis has acted as a Director, President, and Chairman of Geologix prior to his retirement from the Board in June of 2009. Bob also founded Manhattan Minerals Corp. and acted as President and CEO of Manhattan from 1990 to 1998 and a Director for that firm from 1990 to 2001. Under his direction, Manhattan explored many gold and silver projects in Mexico. Most notably, it explored and later placed into production the Moris gold and silver mine, a 2,200-ton-per-day open-pit heap-leach operation.

Prior to Bob’s involvement with Manhattan, he was founder, President and CEO of Pioneer Metals Corp. He was responsible for the acquisition and startup of the Stibnite gold and silver mine in Idaho, an open-pit heap-leach operation. Also under his direction, Pioneer joint ventured the Premier gold project in B.C. with Westmin Resources, which subsequently put the project into production. In the 1970s, Bob held engineering and production positions with Rio Algom and Teck Corp. at the Lornex, Afton and Highmont open-pit copper mines.


Graham C. Thody, CA

Director

Graham was a partner of Nemeth Thody Anderson, Chartered Accountants of Vancouver, B.C., from 1979 until his retirement in 2007. His practice focused on the audits of reporting companies, participation in the initial public offering process, corporate mergers and acquisitions and domestic and international tax matters. Today, he is a Director and Chairman of the audit committees of several reporting corporations involved in mining exploration and development throughout the Americas. He is also a Director and the non-executive Chairman of UEX Corporation. Graham is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree in marketing from the University of British Columbia.


Bill Myckatyn, P. Eng

Director

Mr. Myckatyn has over 35 years experience in the mining industry. Prior to forming Quadra Mining, Mr. Myckatyn was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dayton Mining Corporation from 1998 to April, 2002 where he led the restructuring of the company and its subsequent merger with Pacific Rim Mining Corp where he is currently Lead Director. Prior to 1998, Mr. Myckatyn was President and CEO of Princeton Mining Corporation, overseeing completion in 1997 of the construction of the Huckleberry open-pit copper mine in British Columbia and the 1998 merger of the company with Imperial Metals Corporation. Mr. Myckatyn worked for Gibraltar Mines Limited from 1991 to 1996, initially as Mine Manager and ultimately as President and CEO as the company transitioned from being controlled by Placer Dome Inc. into an independent growth oriented public company, and through its acquisition by Westmin Resources Inc. in 1996. For over ten years prior to that, Mr. Myckatyn worked for various operations controlled by Placer Dome Inc. and its associated and predecessor companies including four separate mines in Australia and the Philippines.

Mr. Myckatyn is Chairman of Quadra Mining LTD, Lead Director of Pacific Rim Mining Corp. and a Director of First Point Minerals Corporation. Mr. Myckatyn is a registered professional engeneer in British Columbia.


R.Stuart(Tookie)Angus:

Director

Stuart (Tookie) Angus is presently an independent business advisor to the mining industry. Previously he was Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial and was responsible for merger and acquisition mandates. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial, he was a partner at the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and headed that firm’s Global Mining Group. For over 30 years, Tookie has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance. Tookie is Chair of Necsun Resources Ltd and Tirex Resources Ltd, a founding director of Plutonic Power Corporation. As well he is a director of a number of other resource companies including South Gobi Energy Resources Ltd and Ventana Gold Corp. He was a director of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. from inception until June 2005, and a director of Canico Resources Ltd until completion of a takeover by CVRD and a director of Bema Gold until completion of a takeover by Kinross. He was also Chair of B.C. Sugar Refinery Ltd.


Christopher I. Dyakowski, P. Geo. (BC)

Director

Mr. Dyakowski graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology in 1975 and obtained his Professional Geoscientist status with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia in 1992.

Mr. Dyakowski has over 25 years of experience in the resource exploration sector, including approximately 5 years of oil and gas exploration and development experience. In addition, he has served as a Director and an Executive Officer of many junior mining companies and three oil and gas companies. His duties and obligations included locating, securing and exploring numerous exploration properties in Canada, the United States, and throughout South America. Mr. Dyakowski currently serves as Director of San Marco Resources, Etna Resources and Bold Ventures Inc.
