Robert D. Willis, B.Sc., P.Eng
CEO
Mr. Willis graduated in 1973 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. He has worked in the mineral resources industry for more than 30 years.
As a founder of Geologix, Mr. Willis has acted as a Director, President, and Chairman of Geologix prior to his retirement from the Board in June of 2009. Mr. Willis also founded Manhattan Minerals Corp. and acted as President and CEO of Manhattan from 1990 to 1998 and a Director for that firm from 1990 to 2001. Under his direction, Manhattan explored many gold and silver projects in Mexico. Most notably, it explored and later placed into production the Moris gold and silver mine, a 2,200-ton-per-day open-pit heap-leach operation.
Prior to Mr. Willis' involvement with Manhattan, he was founder, President and CEO of Pioneer Metals Corp. He was responsible for the acquisition and startup of the Stibnite gold and silver mine in Idaho, an open-pit heap-leach operation. Also under his direction, Pioneer joint ventured the Premier gold project in B.C. with Westmin Resources, which subsequently put the project into production. In the 1970s, Mr. Willis held engineering and production positions with Rio Algom and Teck Corp. at the Lornex, Afton and Highmont open-pit copper mines.

He has a significant network of high net-worth Investment Advisors in Canada as well as institutional investors and investment bankers in Canada and Europe.
Julie L. Capstick, BCom, CMA
CFO
Julie graduated in 1994 with Bachelor of Commerce from University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, and received her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1997.
Since obtaining her CMA, Julie has held financial roles in the manufacturing, logistics and retail industries. With more than 12 years experience in finance and accounting, Julie has progressed to Controller position with various companies, expanding her financial responsibilities.

Luis Alfonso Soto, B.Sc.
Exploration Manager, Mexico
Alfonso graduated from the Sonora University with a BSc. in geology in 1986. He has worked in the exploration industry for over 25 years as a geologist; all of his experience covers precious and base metals exploration in Mexico. Alfonso has worked for numerous mining companies, which include Phelps Dodge, Frisco Group, Noranda and Pediment Gold Corp. Over the years, he has participated in several discoveries such as the San Felipe Mine in Baja California Norte, Piedras Verdes Mine in Sonora State (Cobre del Mayo Company), La Platosa mine in Durango State(Excellon Resources) and San Antonio Project in Baja California Sur State (Argonaut gold). His experience working with many different mineralized systems such as porphyry copper, high and low sulphidation gold systems Orogenic s, and CRD will be a great benefit to San Marco. Mr. Sotos' experience includes knowledge of Mexican mining and exploration regulations and permitting procedures.
